Procedures of getting visas for citizens of Slovakia and Slovenia

According to the new changes of the procedures of getting visas to Azerbaijan by foreign citizens and stateless persons, the citizens of Slovakia and Slovenia must submit the applications as following:

Visa application form should be submitted via E-mail (conssection@azembassy.at) to the consular department of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Austria.

Within 5 working days the applicant will be informed of submitting the application form directly to the consular department in Vienna in which visa issue procedure will take one day. Requested documents for tourist, business and official purposes

1. Application form and two photos (for tourist, business and official visit)
2. Letter of invitation (for official and business visit)
3. The copy of passport (for tourist, business and official visit)
4. Hotel reservations (for tourist and business)
5. Bank account information (for tourist)

The above-mentions documents must be submitted personally by the applicant according to general procedure.

In case of inappropriate submission of the documents, the visa request will not be considered.
