Its publication is connected with the year 2003, when the country celebrated 85th anniversary of its establishment and the jubilee of the country’s leader – Heydar Aliyev. Many photographs map the administration of Heydar Aliyev, who was the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in the period of 1993-2003.
