NEW RULES OBTAINING VISAS

Since August 8, 2011 new rules for the applicants for visas are valid. Consular section of the Embassy of Azerbaijan is introducing new form of visas – electronic visas.

Each applicant is obliged to personally apply for visa in Vienna with valid passport, necessary documents (depending on the purpose of the journey: invitation, booking of a hotel etc.) and visa fee. Documents are thereby submitted personally and not sent by e-mail anymore.
Visa issue procedure takes minimum 10 days.
